I bought a monthly subscription so I could upload a video to YouTube for one of the courses I am currently taking at school. I did not finish the full video and YouTube did not allow me to upload any material I needed. Yes, I looked and reviewed many videos and even came on this page to find a solution, however I found none. I ended up using a different program and I would like a refund.
You should probably raise a support ticket to discuss that with customer support
They will probably consider how long you had the subscription, how many times you logged in, any previous support tickets or threads that you created seeking assistance, and other factors.
