Abonnement pas pris en compte

Bonjour j'ai pris un abonnement mais je ne peut pas me connecter sur le logiviel, et sur mon compte on me dit que je n'ai pas d'abonnement, j'ai pourtant bien la facture.

You don't have any subscriptions on the Sparkol account you were logged into this site with when you posted on the forum. Either the payment was not successful or you were logged into the site with a different email address. I've logged a support ticket for you regarding this. Please reply to the ticket and attach your invoice and I can look up the account from that.
