Change payment details in BlueSnap

A small number of customers will have an older subscription via the BlueSnap payment platform. Payment details for these subscriptions need to be updated on the BlueSnap website.


Step 1. On the Subscriptions and invoices page of your Sparkol account select ‘BlueSnap control panel’ link (A).

Step 2. You will be asked to re-confirm your account credentials as your payment details can be accessed from the next screen. 

Enter your email address (B) and password (C) then click ‘Log in to continue’ (D).

Step 3. Click Change (E) next to the payment method of your subscription.

Step 4. Enter the new card information (F) and then click Submit (G).

Your payment method will now be updated and future payments will be charged to this.
