A small number of customers will have an older subscription through PayPal directly. These subscriptions need to be cancelled in your PayPal account rather than on the Sparkol website.

Step 1. To cancel your subscription log into the PayPal account that you purchased your subscription with.

Step 2. Click the Settings icon at the top of the page (A).

Step 3. Click Payments (A).

Step 4. Under 'Manage your payments', click Manage Payments (A).

Step 5. Use the filter to select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.

Step 6. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

Your subscription is now cancelled. You will still be able to use VideoScribe until the time the next payment would have been due.

For business Paypal accounts, go to your account overview in Paypal and select the tools section to cancel your subscription.
