I created a scribe video but now am unable to download it. I click on the "download or publish scribe video" icon, and then I click on the "download video" icon but nothing happens. I've never had trouble with this in the past and have used VideoScribe for years. Anyone else have this problem?

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the software which can be accessed via https://www.videoscribe.co/en/download/. If that doesn't fix it please save the project online, raise a ticket and include the project name in the details.
