tial to pro: You need a Sparkol PRO account to use VideoScribe. You can only take advantage of the trial once.

I had a trial account then I upgraded to the pro. The money was deducted but there was no confirmation email or any sort of update. The amount has been deducted from the account.

I don't know what to do and have been awaiting a response for a while now. Please help! Have written several tickets yet none have been answered yet.


If you've not had a confirmation then it's unlikely that the payment really went through. The team will respond to your ticket within a working day (opening hours).
