Are tickets being answered bt the 'Customer Success Team'..

 Ive raised multiple tickets and apparently a guy called Craig was notified.

none of these tickets show up on my account, can an employee please respond?

Thank you Barry, it was buried in my junk folder.

We made a project on the free trial video scribe. We spent 6 hours making it and it said refresh or use a different browser. We definitely saved our work but it still has not loaded. We have now lost the project and we are not happy with this. Is there anyway of retrieving it? The project ID is 65288. It says that it taking too long to load the project
