Unable to download video scribe on mac.

So where in the download process do you have issues?

What happens when you try to download?
Can you take a screen recording of what's happening?
What OS are you running?

You need to provide as much information about your issue as possible.

When I try to chose the output location to download my scribe and create a MOV, all that results if a separate all grey window. I am running OC 11.2.3

There are known compatibility issues with Big Sur.

Try publishing the video to sho.co and download it from there as an MP4.

Mike is correct!
VideoScribe is not yet supported on Big Sur
