Problems with version 3.7

 

I have already tried to access the new version several times, but the following image is displayed for several hours. Nothing happens anymore, even if I abort the process and try to restart, the same procedure. See screenshot in the attachment. Pls help.

 You should raise a ticket to ask customer support about that.

If you are on a Mac using Big Sur, there are some known problems  that you could probably find out about with a google search.
