If you are paying for a PRO subscription, close videoscribe and then log back in with the username and password of the account that you upgraded to pro.
If you are using the mobile app, I think there is an in-app purchase to remove the watermark, but I am not sure
If you are paying for an EDU subscription, you can't remove the watermark, because reduced price of educational subscriptions comes with some limitations and restrictions.
