I'm having a problem trying to import .drawing file into scribe. I lost most of my video I'd been working on for days and have been advised to import the saved version into scribe, however when I try to import from desktop where I've saved it, scribe is not able to access where its been saved.

Can anyone help?

You may need to re-read the instructions that were provided to you and follow them more carefully.

I don't think there is anything called a .drawing file. I think there are .scribe files and drawing.xml files.

I think you have to create a zip file (lets call it recover.zip) put the drawing.xml inside the .zip file and then rename the .zip file to .scribe (recovery.scribe). Then import the .scribe file into videoscribe.

However, all of that is just a guess based on my experience. If you received instructions from support, you should try to follow those instructions, or maybe reply to your support ticket to ask for clarification.
