Have you tried closing VideoScribe completely, and then opening again and trying once more?
You could also try deleting your caches folder:
Go to this location on a PC: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\VideoScribeDesktop\Local Store\Library
Find a folder called 'Caches' - Delete this folder
If the issue persists, it might be best if you raise a support ticket and attach your scribe to the ticket.
After I do a voice over, it says that it's processing, but he line never turns blue. It doesn't even look like it's starting. I've retried and waited long periods of time for a short voice over. I've made videos in the past and never had this problem. It always processes and there's always a blue line to watch the progress, which doesn't take long.
Any help would be great. I'm trying to get a video out for families and students for our switch to distance learning. So it's time sensitive. Thanks!
