The new text character format introduced in version 3.6 runs on the Google fonts system, meaning that you will not be able to import standard fonts yourself
If there is a particular Google font you would like to see added, add it to the 'What languages and fonts would you like to see?' forum
If you have further questions, raise a support ticket for specific support

Thank you 'VideoScribe' for helping my presentations come alive and be creative. The attempt impressed my company management and since have been requested to create many more presentations of similar kind. However, they have requested me to use the official company fonts, but despite downloading & installing the font I cannot locate them in the font settings. I kindly request you to assist me in this matter.
