I just upgraded to version 3.6 and uninstalled the old version. But I find that I couldn't log in when using the updated version, it appear as blank page. Please see the attachment I just uploaded. Could you please help to fix the problem.
If you installed the new version, and then uninstalled the old version, you may have removed some file necessary for videoscribe to run. Try installing videoscribe again. Maybe also reboot your computer.
If that doesn't help, you should probably raise a ticket to ask customer support for help.
Also look for other threads describing the same symptom this year. Maybe its a known problem.
