I am considering purchasing VideoScribe for a large potential project. I downloaded the trail version and the client sent me one of their videoscribe files to review. But I can't seem to open it with the trail version. How can I open a videoscribe file someone else created with the trail version.

 The client would have to send you a file with a a file name ending with ".scribe".

(Any videos you publish with the trial version will have a videoscribe watermark on them. However, you can export the edited .scribe file and send it back to the client.)
