Hi, how can I import the video made by a free trial version of videoscribe when i go to a pro version?

 If you made a project with the free trial version and saved the project on your computer, you can open the project in videoscribe on the same computer with an active subscription.

If you saved the project online, you can open it from any computer with an active videoscribe subscription.

However, you cannot import a video into videoscribe. You cannot convert a video back into a videoscribe project. If someone else made the project file, you may want to consider paying them for the project file or paying them to edit it for you and publish a new video.
