i feel stuck

Good morning, yesterday I paid a subscription but the pro version does not appear available, in the same way I enter my account of videoscribe and sparkol and it appears as if I had not paid a subscription, the email accepting the purchase by videoscribe already I arrive. I would like to know what I can do

Are you using the correct email that you purchased your subscription with?

If you set a different billing email address, be sure you're using the account email and not the billing email.

Raise a ticket with the support team and attach your invoice for further support
