Tela em branco

Olá, estou com um problema no meu Videoscribe, funcionou somente na primeira vez. Quando inicio a aplicação a tela fica em branco, o que aconteceu? alguém pode me ajudar? já tentei inicializar como administrador e também ja apaguei os arquivos de cache.

Pra mim nem aparece a tela de login conforme o artigo que você mostrou. Tem outra ideia do que possa ser?


Hi Carol- the only way to check your version is to log into the application. 

This screenshot is the download page, which will show you our latest version.


Have you tried uninstalling the application completely and downloading again? Select that download button in your screenshot and download the app there once again after you've uninstalled 


You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting to your internet, the opening, or trying a different internet connection (like a phone hotspot) to launch the app
