Error Code 3.5.2-18 : Account

Just updated to the latest version of VS. After entering login details and pressing enter. An error message comes up saying contact support quoting 3.5.2-18.

Any help would be great, thank you.

Try following the steps in Version Error on Startup Help Article

Raise a ticket with the support team if the issue does persist

I did what is written in "Version Error on Startup Help Article", But the error is repeated every time and cannot be logged.
