How do I change back to the default hand?

There are two situations I need to change back to the default hand:

when I change to one hand and then decide not to use it and just want the default hand back
when I have one image with one custom hand and need to copy and paste it and then use the default hand for the pasted image

I understand the default hand has "no name"... so how I can we change it to (or back to) the default hand?

I think I get it... it is the one with the "Black sleeve" in the right side panel for the Recently Used.
