I am wondering how I can take the magnifying glass image and move it over top of small font and have the font morph into larger font. Is this possible to do?

You cannot morph fonts, only images. So you would need to make your text as an SVG image to achieve this similar to the techniques explained in our Write with non-Western text characters help page
