I have a problem here and the response from VideoScribe staff is too slow. i cannot afford that. Hope i can get help from here.

My problem is:

The content of VideoScribe totally disappeared after the rendering. That's absurd. I didn't do anything. The file itself is still there, when i click in, all the slides i have done were missing, but i still have the music, voice, and painting background.

Anyone can help here?

You should probably open your locally saved file, save it as a .scribe file and attach it here if you want specific feedback.

Hi, I see what you mean. It looks like all of the elements are missing from your scribe, as well as the thumbnail images in the timeline. I thought is might be a simpler issue such as a problem with camera settings, but it is not.

It might be a good idea to raise a support ticket to discuss that issue with customer support. They may have a way of editing the .scribe file to retrieve some of the elements.
