hi, i'm payed one month subscriber on date of 22.07.2019. my laptop is window 7, 32 bit. my problems is installation is done but after the installation not showing shortcut key on my desktop. i'm also search VIDEO SCRIBE to the start button of window 7, but not showing any result. so that, starting to still now i'm not use the product due to that reason.
