Can't Log In

I try to log in into my Sparkol account and it just keeps loading. There's no error message. A text box appears (with no text in it) which I have to confirm with a tick, but it is inactive.

I am looking forward to answers. Thank you!

Hi Sandra- try quitting the application, restarting your computer and then opening the application and logging in again. If it persists, please raise a support ticket and we can assist you further.
