In VideoScribe you can add drop shadow and glow effects to images and text in the element properties. In the properties there is a tab named 'Graphic Filters'. See Colour Effects for more information.
If you would like to have the cutout effect on your images, you would need to produce them yourself or source them from elsewhere. The image in the VideoScribe image library do not have this effect and it is not possible to create this effect in VideoScribe. Any JPG, PNG and SVG image can be imported into VideoScribe. Import images.

See the paper cutout effect which puts a white board around each image plus shadow, is this done or achievable in VideoScribe?
If not, any ideas which software this may be?
