Can't log in trial period

It is saying that "login didn't work, try again" everytime i log in.

Have you tried logging in again after resetting your password resetting your password?

I have the same problem - I've tried resetting the pw, uninstalling and reinstalling - videoscribe still won't accept my email and pw.
