I have noticed that the timing listed in each square ( left begining - right ending) is incorrect when I save the scribe to video. I have specific timing instructions from a client and everytime I go and save the scribe to .mov the timing is off, like 3 seconds off.

Possibly this bug mentioned in another thread:

" If a text element with a 0 second Animate time is followed by another element that has 0 second Animate time any pause and transition time are ignored for the first element on the rendered video. A workaround for now is to add 0.1 seconds to the Animate time and removing the hand of either element. We are still working on a fix for this one."

but its difficult to tell without more information.

You could save your project to the cloud folder and raise a support ticket if you want customer support to look at it.
