There is no fixed limits to length in VideoScribe however there are techniques you can use and things you can avoid doing to maximise the length you get to before memory usage gets high causing the application to struggle. Check out our Crashing and freezing – VideoScribe desktop help page which is basically a best practice guide to get the most out of the application. If you are still struggling then log a support ticket and save your scribe online, one of the team can take a look and give you some advice.

Hi there,
I have been working on my animation in VideoScribe and as it has gotten longer (up to 5 minutes) it is getting slower to process the information when I open it and play it back. Is that normal? Is there a limit to how long a video can be? In the end it will be 20 minutes.
Is there a limit to uploading a voice recording? I have the 20 minute recording but it is having a hard time uploading it.
