Save it locally first, then save a copy online. Save it with a new name if necessary. Restart Videoscribe or your computer if necessary.
The problem is most likely either a bad internet connection, or a problem in your project file causing the project to use too much memory.

Hi team,
I've recently failed to update two scribes on the cloud.
What do I mean by that?
I opened an old scribe and edited it. Then, I wanted to save the new version to the cloud. Since they're already there, I got:
I marked V and waited. Eventually (even after multiple retries, restarting my computer and restarting VideoScribe), I got:
Any ideas?
