Image library does not load. Screen hangs. I've checked firewall which allows Videoscribe to access internet, so it's not that.
Please follow the instructions in the article Add image button does not work for a solution to this issue.
Try the following and if this does not work please log a support ticket so we can go into a bit more detail
1. Close/Exit VideoScribe
2. Go to this location on a PC: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\VideoScribeDesktop\Local Store\Library or this location on a Mac: \Users\yourusername\Library\Application Support\VideoScribeDesktop\Local Store\Library.
3. Find a folder called 'Caches' - Delete this folder
4. Now open up VideoScribe and log in - you should now be able to proceed without this issue
I did as you guys said. But, now it is giving a message "sorry, technical error like something please contact support!"
Please help me!
What is the technical error? It should give you a number.
You're most likely using a version that is no longer supported.
Follow the steps to Upgrade to the latest version of VideoScribe.
