I had created a video approx 6:30 min . Size of audio file was 8:85 MB. Now I wanted to make few changes and replace the audio file. I am not able to upload the new mp3 file- Mp3 file is 5.63MB. File name is in small letters..No caps. Tried several times since yesterday but failed..The software gets hanged and does not respond. I am able to upload only 2:00 min of audio file size 1.96 MB. Please check attached file.

Hi,

It's most likely that something else in your project, other than the audio file, is causing excessive memory usage, and making videoscribe stop responding.

You can attach the whole.scribe file here, or save it online,and raise a ticket to ask customer support to look at it.

The most common problems in scribe projects are probably image file sizes that are too large, and excessive camera settings. related link: TIPS to avoid crashes, freezes, failure to render or erratic behavior (2015)

I believe that Customer support works monday through friday, be sure to raise a ticket to let them know about your problem.
