You could try installing the old version 2.3.7 and see what draw options it has.

If you are importing JPG or PNG images they will not necessarily draw as well as SVGs. You could convert your png/jpg images to SVG using an SVG editor such as Inkscape (free at inkscape.org). The article Create your own (SVG) images will help you with this.

Hello,
I created a video like 3 years ago using this program and when I uploaded an image (like picture no a drawing) the hand would outline it and then the colours would fill in. Today, when I upload an image the hand just draws stroke horizontally and thats not what I want. I even click and unclick the only draw in strokes hand and it does not change anything.
Please help.
