Frustration plus

I have paid my monthly fee, yet all I get is screens saying 'buy now' 'get your free trial'. All I want to do is to start using this product - worst user experience ever. I've called, logged a help request - maybe a user can help.

It sounds like you are looking at the website, instead of using the videoscribe program. Run the program and login using your Pro login information.

If suggestion is unclear, please take a screenshot of the messages you mentioned and post them here.
