1) If you make your mp3 louder before importing it into videoscribe, it will be louder in videoscribe.

2) After you import an mp3, there is a volume control on the audio import menu in videoscribe.

3) Your computer probably has a master volume control as well as a mixer with additional options.

4) Your speakers may also have a volume control.
