With the new upgrade I can't render videos because the program locks up. Same videos with minimal changes will not render.

Based only on your screenshot and description, my guess is that there is a problematic image or camera setting near the end of the scribe.

You can save the project to the cloud folder and raise a ticket if you want customer support to help you identify the problem and suggest a solution.

Thanks Mike. I appreciate the input. This particular scribe worked before. All I did was go in and edit a line of text. Now it locks up every time. I have reloaded all the images; renamed and resaved the scribe. No luck.

We have discovered an issue with the recent 3.1.0-4 release version on Windows (Mac users are unaffected) and we have replaced it with a fixed update.

The fixed version (3.1.0-5) can be downloaded from here: https://my.sparkol.com/versions/download/310005/Windows

All Windows users of version 3.1.0 should make sure they have installed the 3.1.0-5 update.
