What happens when you try to add an image? Are any messages displayed at all? If so, what do they say? Have you tried restarting VideoScribe and trying again? Have you tried restarting your computer and trying again? has this worked before but has stopped working or has it never worked?

I have paid & installed videoscribe but add image not working . I am unable to add image . please help me with this
