I believe the message indicates someone has already used a free trial on that computer, or with that email address. This may have happened if more than one person uses the computer, or if you used a trial before, or if more than 7 days have passed since you first logged into the program.

Just tried to access the trial version - gone through the steps and now I cannot access Video Scribe as it says I need a "Sparkol PRO account to use VideoScribe. You can only take advantage of the trail one" That's exactly what I am trying to do, I want the trail version so I can decide if I want a Pro Account?
