You can try closing and reopening videoscribe then try opening your project again.
You can also try right clicking the thumbnail image for the scribe and saving a copy of it to the cloud folder.
Also you can raise a support ticket

Hi. I lost big half of elements of my scribe. I can se my scribe on title bot scribe can't load at all. I lost many hours if work! Can you help me?
