You should probably raise a support ticket to ask customer support for help with that.

Lately I have been working with my new account of VideoScribe. Some weeks before I had a VideoScribbe acount but I created another. The thing is the previous work was on the laptop but today when I oppened it there is absolutely nothing. No Example Video, any of my videos in the cloud or in the computer. If I had time, I will
repeat everything but I need to send a video FOR TOMORROW. The odd thing that even the Example Video has disappear.
Has this happened to someone else? Please help!!!!!!!!
