Hi Anja,
The button on the left will allow you to play the project from the currently selected scene. The button on the right will allow you to play the project from the beginning (no matter which scene is currently selected). These buttons are intended for use when presenting a project to an audience - you may have the device hooked up to a projector, for example. If you recorded a voiceover on the project, it will not play when using these controls.
