URGENT

Hello ! my iternet connection is working perfectly but when I try to isìnsert a soundtrack the system says to me internet connection lost. Online soundtrack not available.

How can I do?

Hi Monica,

The first thing to try is to save your work, restart VideoScribe and try again. This usually resolves any connection issues that you may experience. Please let me know if you encounter any further issues after doing that.

I'm having this same problem, too. I'm logged in and out a gazillion times and it doesn't solve it. I can't add any music.
