It isn't a font. It is an SVG containing hand drawn lettering\

You would draw this in inkscape or illustrator or a number of other programs that can save vector art in SVG format.

Use the pen or pencil tool to draw stroked paths with no styles applied.

Practice with simple shapes like a line or a circle first and try them in videoscribe until you understand what you are doing.

I think there are tutorials on the instant answers page that may help.
