I have experienced this a couple of times myself; it seems as though sometimes the connection is dropping and cannot be re-established without restarting VideoScribe. If you save your work, close VideoScribe, open it again and try uploading to sho.co, does it work?
This seems to be intermittent but I have reported it to our developers for further investigation.

I have been trying all day to upload my video to sho.co so that I can get an embed code for our website. It renders through but they same that due to a technical error it cannot be uploaded and I don't get an embed code or anything.
Can anyone help?
