latest version of VideoScribe 3.0.9

Mac 10.11.6

Pro version

I tried:

- reinstalling the complete programm

- deleted the videoscribedesktop folder from the library/application support

- deaktivated all fonts

- restarted the computer

- started a completely new scribe project

... nothing helped so far! Can anyone help me with this issue?
