thank you for help. After update it is a little bit better but still very slow from my perspective. Is there any way how to make it faster? I don't know if the reason is that it is working online maybe if it would be installed directly to computer that it should be faster or? Everything is downloading like it would be a hugh files.
Any advice would be helpful

We'd need to start looking at specifics at this point so if you could raise a ticket we can dig deeper. Any detail you can provide on exactly which actions are slow, quantify speed and ideally show us your perspective would be really helpful.

When I open dialog windows in VideoScribe the "fade" in. This really seems to slow down the interface. Is there a way to get rid of the transitions in the interface?
