I can't upload my scribe on youtube. It's a 7 minute video. After trying to upload, it shows check your internet connection and try again. 

I tried uploading a short scribe (6-second ) just to test it and it worked- but I can't seem to upload the 7minute video. 

I am on free trial btw. 

I am a university student in a third world country, and I can't afford to go pro right now.

Can you please help me. I really need this video to work. ASAP Thank you. 

Be sure to save a copy of your scribe as a .scribe file so you will have a standalone copy in case your trial runs out.

You should probably save your work to the cloud folder and raise a ticket to tell customer support the name of it if you would like them to help you identify problems with the scribe.

You could also try publishing your scribe as a powerpoint file, because if that works, at least you will have a copy of the video that you could present in class
