Problem with buying!

I'm trying to buy the monthly subscription but after filling in my card information the page is just telling me to wait and nothing happens.. It's been looking like this now for about 15min (please look at the attached picture).


I don't know what to do.. I would like to get this problem solved asap so I can start working with the program today.

It's most likely to be a browser issue, can you try from another browser and see if you get better results?

It would be a good idea for you to raise a support ticket.

Also be sure to describe the problem clearly, and maybe provide a screenshot and any error messages you see.

I am not able to make payment.

Have your bank authorise the payment and try to make your payment again.
