Hello, I am having some problemon my free trial in VideoScribe. It is "That login information didn't work. Please try again." what should I do?
Is it just the application you are having issues with? Can you log-into your web account OK?
If you can I would try resetting your password to see if thaty sync's things up for you. If you can log-in online you can do this via https://www.videoscribe.co/Login/Profile?s=det and if not use https://www.sparkol.com/Forgotten-Password.

If anyone has already used a free trial on that computer, or if you have already used a free trial with that email address, you cannot use another free trial on the same device or with the same email.
After using a free trial once, you will need a paid subscription to continue using videoscribe.
i have the same problem, i understand than i must pay but i just dont want to loose the work i did, how can i continue or pay, without loosing my work ? please :(
Your work remains where you saved it and will be available in the same place when you upgrade your account.
