I have created a voiceover, it works. When I try to add music, it will work 1 time and then stop playing. I can't save the audio, unless I delete the music. What do I do?

You should probably save your project to the cloud folder and raise a ticket to ask customer support for help.

Eric, are you renaming your scribe to save versions at any point? Sometimes this can cause the audio to not travel well to the new file. Try removing all audio, saving and closing. Then re-open the scribe and try and add the audio again. This should create brand new audio links for your file and resolve the issue. If that doesn't work then raise a ticket and save your scribe online and we can take a closer look
