Hello - I haven't actually downloaded the VideoScribe software yet as I'm trying to learn more about it. My first question is, if I purchase the upgraded version, after I save my VideoScribe video to a .MP4 file, will I be able to import it into another video that I'm working on in another program?

You can import an mp4 video into any program that is capable of importing an mp4 video.
Your question is sort of too vague to answer any other way.
